HELP! My Smartphone dont start and have an error because a program.

URGENT HELP

I INSTALL A PROGRAM CALLED mytools.sp

Company name: Micro Cheng

App name: MyTools for Smartphone

Is only for strong arm/xscale

The unique file is mytools.exe (31kb) on program files\mytools\mytools.exe

When i install it nothing heapen, so i run it open it directly and appear an icon new that say mytools on the side of the battery icon on the top bar.

And the smartphone crash, i remove the battery, restart the smartphone and appear the both startup images with my startup sound, and the startup sound crash and is repeating and repeating just a milisecond without stop and the homescreen never appear. If a remove the battery again, is always the same.

I cant do anything with activesync because the homescreen never appear, it means that never detect activesync the smartphone.

I think i have to use the rapidconfig right? but i dont know nothing about that.

I WANT TO UPLOAD THE FILE HERE BUT NEVER FINISH OF UPLOAD IT (I HAVE NOD32 AND I DONT HAVE FIREWALLS or any other soft.

You might need to initiate a hard reset which will put the phone back to it's original state. You will unfortunately lose all your own data.

Why this program screw my device?
