Guest mattpat Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 This is a bit of a long shot. I'd like to set up a wireless IP camera in my kitchen for when I next get burgled. I've got a spare HTC Tornado (Voda V1240) kicking about, and rather than spend an arm and a leg on one of these wireless IP cameras (eg. Axis 207MW), couldn't I get some monitoring software for my phone (like the stuff that gets bundled with webcams) and use that instead? I mean, it's got a half-decent camera, it's got WiFi, all it should need is some clever software running on it....... right? Anybody know of such a thing for WM5, and/or whether you think it's possible??????
Guest tbturker Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 Try a 3rd party software. My advise is : ViewCommander - IP Camera Software http://www.ivimg.com I tried, working perfectly.
