If anyone is wondering... I did use the search function. Anyway I love the phone but there a few things I need to know:

1. How do you get the keys backlight to come on?

2. In active sync, how do you disconnect?

3. In agile messenger, when I IM someone, their response will pop up in a new window...any ideas as to why it won't pop up in the same one that i IM'ed them in

4. When I receive text message, it does not pop up like all other phones do, any ideas on how to get it to pop up?

5. What is the correct way to add programs and songs..etc.
