ROM upgrade for Qtek 9000, I-Mate Jasjar, O2 Exec

I'm new here so HI!

I got myself a nice Qtek 9000 phone via the Three network (mistake) and even though the phone is great I'm having some serious issues. Because it's running the older version of WM5 it needs a 3rd party push mail client which crashes the phone a lot. I have called with Three many times but the, very friendly, people in india are clueless, even more, Three have now discontinued the phone :)

How can I get my hands on a ROM upgrade?

Also, does anyone know a workaround for the GPRS block that Three installed? I can only surf the web on the phone, no email, no googlemaps, no msn, no irc, no shh.... nothing.
