Software to announce callers

I was wondering if anyone knows if software that can announce incoming callers name exists?

I know that things like Microsoft Voice Command and probably others include it as part of the package, but I really do not want the "baggage" associated with a full blown voice-command package.

Any ideas?

you could record and set individual ringtones for each caller whose name you want announced.

Yes - I know I could do that. But that would just replace the ringtone with someones name. Unless I edit ii to have the ringtone with the name recorded over it!

All my searches come up with total voice control packages with this as a feature.

microsoft voice command has that feature and it makes having a smart phone so worth wile. with no training of voice tags, you just install it and it works.
