Saw this interesting video review.

Does anyone know what that theme is on the BlackJack? Also, there's a traylaunch thingy on the bottom. Does anyone know what that is as well?

This is "Carbon Fiber" made by Kool Dezine. The launcher bar is the MRU plugin, Most Recently Used, displaying the last used programs.
