Guest Paul (MVP) Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Are you a developer looking to test your applications on Windows Mobile 6? Are you an end user who just wants to play with Windows Mobile 6? If you are either of these, you'll be pleased to know that Microsoft have released the Windows Mobile 6 SDKs, which allow you to run a full emulated Windows Mobile 6 environment (with full native ARM capability) on your desktop PC! You can download the Standard (Smartphone) SDK here, and the Professional (Pocket PC) SDK here. Enjoy :) P [Edit: Note of caution, I have a sneaking suspicion the SDK may conflict with the VMware 6 Beta... i've had to system restore twice attempting to install] [Edit 2: Downloads seem to have been pulled!] [Via: MSMobiles]
Guest craighome Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Are you sure those links are correct, if they are - those downloads are GONE! :)
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 You're right, they've gone! :) P
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 They'll be back on 1st March apparently... http://blogs.msdn.com/windowsmobile/archiv...ile-6-sdks.aspx P
