hi ive just bought an spv m500 of ebay :) , its a great fone but ive been having problem installing app to the fone keep getting this message 'not a valid Windows CE Setup file' any idea whats this mean?

What software are you trying to install ?

Sounds like you might be running an exe on your PC when it just needs copying to your phone or storage card. One of the links in my sig should take you to a page with instructions for software installation.

You should also know that the M500 is technically a Pocket PC so you won't be able to install Smartphone apps on it.
