Trouble syncing contacts.. ?

Ok interesting situation. My T-mobile dash had its screen broken so i cannot see anything on the screen. i got it replaced but now i want to take my contacts from my old one to my NEW one.

the problem is.. my contacts are not on the sim card they are on the phone itself. when i try to sync with activesync it says that im not using the correct profile with outlook. thats pretty much where im lost.

anyone have any ideas? thanks. :)
