Guest Happy Dave Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 with my switch to T-Mobile next week I've just found an interesting problem. I currently sync both my desktop and work PCs with my Vario, now I've just tried adding my push mail syncing with an exchange server but it wont let me because it is already syncing my mail with my home PC. So the question is whats the best way to sync everything? options as I see them: 1. Do not sync mail with home PC, and forward via domain name control panel to home PC and exchange account 2. Stop syncing with home PC, and point outlook on home PC to the exchange server (not keen on this) any other ways? thanks D
Guest chucky.egg Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 The way I do it is sync my Phone and Laptop with the Exchange server, and my Phone (via USB) with my work Laptop Why "not keen" on the home PC using the Exchange account?

What I really need is a 'free' exchange server that allows desktop Outlook access, anyone know of one ?
Guest AlanJC Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 The solution I use is to use a Gmail account, and forward that to my mail2web pushmail account, and I simply have no need to use Outlook on the desktop for email as I can just as easily use Gmail. Then I can sync everything else on both my desktop, and laptop, both of which have exactly the same mail on since I am using Gmail.
