Delete temp file on SP5m

Goodmorning, this is my first post!! :) :D

Sorry for my bad english but i have a problem: i have install some programs and some themes but i delete this and now in the folder windows\appmgr there are some folders and temp files undeletable, i tray with activesync but same result....any idea?
