Finding the "Windows" folder - help!

When syncing the SP to the PC i it doesnt see the "windows" folder? any reason? is it hidden? i have a samsung blackjack

any help would be great

Yes... its hidden by default. Just set your folder options on the pc to see hidden files.

In the folder i dont see a option to turn hidden files off? where could i find that?

On your pc, if its XP, go to tools, folder options, then click to the second tab and select Show hidden folders.

In Vista, go to Organize and then Folder and Search Options.

If you want to see hidden files on your device, click and hold on an empty bit of screen in File Explorer and the submenu will pop up with SHOW ALL FILES. Select that and hey presto.

Good Point! Luckily they can view the windows folder on their pc though via activesync with the first suggestion.
