Random forward to voicemail

i have been searching the forums for this issue but maybe i keep missing the solution. (i have tried reloading the rom etc)

Basically at will for no reason my mda vario will forward all calls to voicemail without even ringing. Infact as the call comes in the keys for the phone pickup & hangup flash but nothing else happens no ringing at all. This usually happens after a day or two of use or immediately or at no time in particular. And as a phone i would like to be able to answer calls. I've tried fresh installing the t-mobile rom & getting t-mobile to reset all my call forwarding settings. GPRS isn't even connected when this happens and anyway if i am using gprs for msn it pops up asking if i want to take the call or not so i dont think this is the problem.

Any suggestions?!

Maybe try installing another rom?

I wouldn't even think about installing another ROM!!

By doing various hard resets you've demonstrated that there's either a hardware issue with your handset, an issue with your coverage or network settings that T-Mobile need to sort for you.
