ROM install error 117

I am trying to install a ROM on my Orange branded SPV E200 but keep getting error 117 which is telling me that the phone won't accept another vendor ROM.

I am told there is a program that overcomes this, but I cannot find it. If I try and search this forum, I always get a blank page!

could anyone PLEASE gove me a link to the program.

It's sufficient greek update to force the updating of another rom vendor... :D
