text & ring tone download issues

Hi

I hope someone can help???

I have a M3100 and have the below problems.

When i follow the instructions for the inserting of text or ring tones downloaded from the 'Coolsmartphone' site' i cannot find the specific folder that it mentions?

Also when i right click and save as it saves in the folder as a .htm file?

Any advice would be great thanks...
