Any general purpose database apps for Smartphone?

Anyone know if any general purpose database applications for Smartphone? I have a Moto Q that I would like to create a database on, but I can't find any good tools to do it with. I am trying to not have to resort to coding it up myself, but I suppose if I had to I could use the MS SQL component to help me. (Does that run on Smartphone?)
