bars not showing on Smart Monitor Plugin

I downloaded the Ragnarok Droplet skin that requieres the Smart Monitor Plugin to show memory storage battery and sd meters. on the homescreen the spaces where the bars should show are blank but when i scroll down to it it show the % but still no bar. if i could get some advice to trouble shoot this it would be apreciated thanks.
