Swapping over to a Treo 750v?

Hey guys, I've had my Vario II since it was first launched and am starting to think its time for a change. A friend of mine is offering me his Vodafone Treo 750v (few weeks old) for £200 and I considering snapping it up and then flogging my phone on Ebay.

Since I never meaningfully use my Vario's WIFI connection or video calls I am pretty sure I won't miss these on the Treo, the lack of high res screen is a minor concern, but apart from that am I missing anything else? I have T-mob web'n'walk and am assuming the HSPDA connection will be the same for the Treo??
