M 5000 Problems. What to do??????

Hiya,

I've got an Orange branded SPV M 5000, this is the sixth replacement handset I've had. I have been happy to use it now for over the past 6 months, but now the experience is turning sour because things are beginning to 'fail'.... AGAIN!!!

The battery's not lasting a day, no bt, even though it's only 4 months old. I am having to do soft resets sometimes 4-6 times a day AND have done 2 hard resets over the past 3 months.

I'm now out of contract and to send it back for other replacement is getting expensive.

What would you guys suggest??? New handset???? Which one????

I'd strongly reccomend you get in touch with HTC: phone number is: 01908 556 464

i sent my compact II to them last friday, and i've been told it will be posted today to be back with me tomorrow. according to their website, service.htceurope.com, if you click on 'case booking' it says they do deal with the SPV range of phones. but dont book the case online, i'd reccomend you ring them up, the guys there are really helpful. all you've gota do is, print off the tick sheet they'll email you, post it with your phone to their address and they'll fix it!
