mda message tones?

I just bought an mda through tmobile. I've been looking through this site finding some really cool stuff for this phone. I came across some message tones, but I can't figure out where I change the tone. Or is it even possible to do it on this phone? I feel pretty dumb for not being able to find this, but I would really appreciate it if you guys could help a n00b out. :)thanks guys.-Jake

Start>Settings>Sounds and Notifications>Notifications tab

Remember, message tones must be WAVs and go in \Windows

Ringtones can be MP3s and go in \Windows\Rings
