3 Voicemail Speed Dial Bug after ROM Upgrade 1.35

Hi Guys,

After upgrading my SPV M3100 ROM to HTC 1.35, I no longer have my 3 voicemail speed dial shortcut, I've been searching this forum for a solution but no success, tried the voicmail registry hack, no joy also tried getting into phone settings to get voicmail settings from network no luck all I get is the text message centre number. Now the most bizzare thing is if I insert a SIM from other networks i.e. Orange, T-Mobile or O2 I dont have the problem I get voicemail speed dial for the respective networks. My USIM can't be faulty becuase before the upgrade the voicemail speed dial worked fine on the Orange ROM 1.23.

It's a shame as this ROM is very stable none of the freeze issues or slowness, that was the whole reason I upgraded. Any solutions or anyone has the same bug after upgrading to this ROM?

Are you entering the correct voicemail number in Settings, Phone, Services, Voicemail and Tex Messages (Get Settings)?

Yes but the weird thing is after appying the settings no change in the actual voicemail speed dial 1 and when I check the vmail in the registry my 3 voicmail number is there but no effect on the actual speed dial as i said in my earlier post this only happens with my 3 USIM not with any other network i.e. Orange, O2 or T-mobile SIM it makes no sense becuase prior to the ROM upgrade a never had this problem with old Orange ROM.

Now there must be quit a few of you out there who upgraded to this HTC ROM 1.35 and if you have please check when using 3 USIM if you are getting the same problem as me. As I said befoe other then this minor bug this is a far stable and speedy ROM then the Orange one I had where I had constant freezing and slowness.

I am using the original WM5 ROM on my Orange SPV M3100 and the "press & hold number one" to dial my Voicemail has stopped working. Dialling manually or from the Voicemail notification works OK. I am unable to re-assign button 1 to my Voicemail as only buttons 2 onwards are allowed for speed dial numbers.

Has anyone else had this problem, and can anyone suggest a fix?

Go to: Start/Settings/Phone/Services/Voice Mail and Text Messages

Change the number here and it should change the speed dial.

Thanks, but I've already tried that and the Voicemail number is correct. Still won't speed dial on 1.
