I'm a Chelsea fan so obviously delighted at the 2-1 victory over Arsenal.

Drogba Bought us back from 1-0 down after a goal from Walcott, Diaby knocked out england Skipper John Terry, then in the 4th out of 7 minutes of injury time, a mass brawl broke out which included 3 red cards 2 yellows and a flying punch to the back of Wayne Bridges head.

What do you think the effect of the brawl will be?? And what do you think the punishements given to the red carded players should be?

Facts for those interested.

missed the game but heard the "brawl" as it happened on the radio...

Toure over reacted to a petty foul by Mikel - both should have been booked and got on with it.

the ref and his assistants did the correct thing once the fracas had been broken up, but i do feel sorry for Adebayor as it was not he who should have been shown the red, but Eboue.

What the hell were Wenger and Mourihno doing on the pitch?

As for the punishments afterwards...

1 - Both managers should be banned from the touchlines for the rest of the season, in all UK competitions.

2 - Adebayor should have his red card rescinded, but handed a yellow for his failure to leave the pitch.

3 - Eboue should receive the red card (incorrectly given to Adebayor) and be banned for a minimum of 3 matches for striking an opponent, and possibly another 3 matches because of cowardly doing it from behind!

4 - Toure and Obi Mikel's red cards should both stand.

5 - any members of either side who claims it was ok because it was emotion and passion boiling over or coming to the surface should be fined 3 months wages as this "reasoning" does not justify te actions of ANYBODY on the pitch on sunday afternoon.

6 - credit should be concidered as nobody (as yet) has claimed that the Terry-Diarby incident was malicious... it was just a freak accident of the game and i was glad to see JT back on the team coach by 7 - out of hospital with nothing more than a cracking headache and a sore jaw. THAT is passion... the fact that JT went for the ball with no fear, to try to get an advantage for Chelski...

After such a compleling game of football (or so all reports omitting the incident have said) it was a shame that the day was spoiled by this unnecessary display of foolishness...

Well done to Chelsea for winning the Cup.

Well done to the Arsenal young players for such a spirited and entertaining display (at least for the first 50 minutes).

Well done to the Ref and his assistants for handling the situation when it arose - especially after such a high quality of officiating during the earlier 93 minutes.

thats my views..

Season's not complete without an Arsenal players' riot !

Pity my own team doesn't show as much passion ;)

Fat Frank should perhaps receive some post-match discipline along with a couple of others but I'm not that bothered and thought the officials handled it well on the day. Since there was nothing up to Ben Thatcher's standards I don't think the punishment should be too harsh.

Good game though, what !
