blackjack sync

When I connect my blackjack with the usb it opens activesync, then automatically starts "looking for changes" then starts "sycronizing". How am I supposed to put an .exe file onto my phone? I go to explore, then drag and drop it into my storage card, but when I open my storage card on my phone nothings there. I guess I can't figure out how to sync because if I click "stop" while its automatically syncronizing I can't hit anything after that.

edit: while its doing the auto syncronizing it doesn't stop. It just keeps doing it. When i use a different phone it does the auto sync for a second then stops and you can then click "sync". I noticed that when the blackjack it doing the auto syncronizing there isn't a little back underneath "syncronzing" like there is with the other phone. Has anyone else had this problem with the blackjack?

If it continues to sync there may be a partnership eror, try deleting the partnership and create a new one.

As for drag and drop of files, try copy and paste instead.
