C600 Downgrade to C550?

Hi all,

I have had a C600 for about 7 months now, and have been consistently been frustrated with how the phone slows to a crawl, I turn off and on again to no avail, and reset the phone every other month. And I've got fed up of it.

Is there a way to flash the C600 ROM to a C550 (or Hurricane variant) to give my phone the speed boost it truly deserves? Looking at the spec of the C550 and C600 there doesn't seem to be much change in the hardware.

Lol! firstly the C600 is omap 850 and the C550 is omap 750 so you WILL kill your device if you flash it with this rom!

You should try flashing it with an imate/qtek rom! It will run ALOT faster, I did and noticed a considerable improvement in speed etc.

Have you got the AKU2 Orange rom installed on there?
