Guest moose467 Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 Hi all, I've just been issued with a spanky new SPV C600 by work on orange. We've been told that GPRS internet has been blocked, so am trying to get dial-up to work. I've entered a working ISP account into the dial-up settings, and on opening IE it does the two arrow thing showing its trying to connect. However after a few seconds I get a "unable to place call" error. I've tried with several accounts, even siging up with orange and using their settings. Is this something orange/work are able to block too, as I can ring the ISP number from the handset fine? Anyone know of a way round it? Thanks in advance
Guest plsl Posted March 7, 2007 Report Posted March 7, 2007 I have the same problem with my Qtek 8310 device and my network operator is Rogers (Canada). Hope someone can help us on this one.
