Screen locking?

ok, the deal is that i currently use the Orange Today homescreen plugin, but the problem is that whenever i get a text or call the screen activates which is annoying when it can sometimes connect to GPRS and start randomly surfing websites, but can also be funny when it dials your friend the other side of the room at college and they get told off!! lol anyway, my question is...is there a way of being able to lock the screen while using the Orange Today plugin...or maybe to change one of the softkey buttons to the lock button?! i have tryed searching for previous topics, but have had no luck ;)

I use this app to use a softkey to lock the screen on my Wizard, works really well, and its free!
