Sorry 'Young Stunna' but the C550 doesn't receive anything via bluetooth when communicating to another mobile device, its the one major flaw! In fact, I'm surprised you managed to send images/videos/music.

However you should be able to use bluetooth to transfer files using a regular (bluetooth enabled) computer, there are many forum threads here to tell you exactly how.

The C550 can send an recieve from other devices but the file manager application is pretty poor and makes it hard work.

It's better to use a third party bluetooth application or file manager app to help with the file transfers.

The SPV C550 does not have a major flaw as stated by exodus187. It does receive items sent via bluetooth. I've been using it for the last 18 months. Just go to settings then "7.Beam" and tick the box "Receive incoming beams". All should then be well!!
