plzz 1 question

Hi everybody this is my first topic ... i did really like this forum and specially its friendly members ... i have a motorola mpx220 vodafone spain .. and im new with the smartphones ... it was a good phone for four months but after it started crashing and it doesnt connect with the pc so i wanted to make a hard reset but im afraid :D that after the hard reset ill may have some problems. im not afraid about the contacts or sms ...plzzz advice me and thx in advance ;)

Welcome to the forum.

A hard reset will put your phone will be "as new" so you will lose anything you have installed on it. Do you have a memory card?

Just make sure you use Activesync to back up your contacts and calender so after a hard reset they can be synced back with out a problem.

thank u very muchhhh guys ... yes i do have a memory card but for the backup i cant do it because my mobil doesnt connect to the pc i tried another mpx and it worked ...
