Help with plugins and other homescreens

I hate being an ignorant first time poster but here goes. I was just given an mpx 220 with windows 2003 on it. I installed one homescreen all I did was just click on it from my storage card and it worked fine. However I tried to install two of them with a plug in needed and they do not work. The plug in will not install and I'm not sure what I must do to correct this issue. Also, I have others that won't install at all, I'm assuming this is because I do not have the computer and phone synced. Is there any way to do these without syncing. Thanks in advance.

Or does anyone know where I can find some more hoemscreens that can be loaded from a storage card? Or possibly how to make some? Any help is greatly appreciated.

all can be "loaded" from storage card. You just have to drag and dop the xml and jpg files to the correct directory.
