What smartphone to buy...

basically have a universal as my main phone but now looking at gettign a smaller phoneas my second one... cant stay away from the windows phones it seems...

are there any you would recomend... flip would be preferable...

I agree, once you use WM its very hard to go back ;)

can you tell us moe about your requirements?

3G? wifi? operator or sim free? etc.

The startrk is about the only flip smartphone around at the min but there are a few more on the horizon ....

none really more as a smaller phone... will use current sim...

will use the universal for any needy things... just want one to fit in my pockets in my shorts!!!

Depends how small and tight your shorts are!

Your IP says you are in Virgina...so I'll guess that you have GSM Cingular or Tmobile.

As far as Smartphones go....I recommend the Blackjack with Keyboard...SM5m without.

If you really want a small flip phone then the startrk is probably your only option. Not a bad phone either, I had one myself for a while. Its sold as the qtek 8500 (and a few other names) but the 8500 will probably be the easiest to get hold of, it won't break the bank either compared to some phones.
