Guest Aidan Bree Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I have a Tmobile Vario II on which I have Sprite backup installed. I had my handset replaced the other day (it was freezing) and I took a full backup prior to this. I have restored the backup to the new handset but I have an issue with Emoze. It appears that the emoze 'folder or account is missing, therefore I cannot see new mail. It appears that the handset is recieving the mails as I get alerts for these mails but I am unable to read them. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Emoze but no joy. I would rather not do a full reset....Is there any way to reset messenging or anyone got any suggestions? Thanks Aidan
