Any Way to reinstall Windows on a Smartphone?

Hello Everyone

I'm wondering if there's a way to reinstall the Operating System of my old QTek 8080 Smartphone. It's crashing about the whole time... I think I've missed some calls already because of that.

Well, a hard reset isn't working, the crashes stay but my settings get deleted.

Last time it was working as supposed was when it was new and nothing had been changed and after I did the ROM-Update. But the update doesn't work anymore, because the ROM-Version on the phone is already the newest.

What happens when it crashes or is it when certain applications are running/installed?

A hard reset is almost the same as flashing as it wipes all settings from the phone and returns it to its factory default.

You should be able to reinstall the current ROM you have with the same ROM, but I don't think it is the ROM at fault.
