Hi guys just need a little help please

My SPV C500 keeps just switching to flightmode and then bluetooth pops on,having real trouble turning them off as althought flightmode is on in the display,it is not shown as on in then menu?,although if bluetooth is then turned off,'flightmode off' then appears,but when switched off and working for a short time ,it goes back into flightmode,also it says no service quite alot,although there clearly is???

It is running rom version 4.2.1.4 so i think its up to date also i have done a hard reset via the start up menu where it says clear storage and it does a reset???????

Any Ideas please....
