Cingular 2125, Won't play music, video from memory card

I just got a Cingular 2125 and I bought a 2gb mini sd for it. So I put it in and I see it in the file manager, I copied some music files to it and tried to play them but they won't, it freezes. I put a video on and try to play it and it freezes. I took pictures and videos and saved them to the memory card, when I try and view them it freezes. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to load/transfer/sync whatever I need to do to get some music and videos to play right from my memory card...

Ok... so I did a hard reset, and deleted the MS... whatever folder and went to media player,> update laibrary and it freezes on adding files.....anyone? help?

What brand of card is it? I've not heard of issues on Sandisk, but Kingston cards have been spotty at best...

It is a 2gb SanDisk....

Wow....something wierd just happened..... So i wasn't able to play videos or music and view pics from the memory card right......well after the hard reset, i said what the hell lemme take a picture and see if I can view it from the memory card, well it WORKED!!!! but I saw that the date and time was not set yet (saying some date from last year) so I changed the date and time and took another pic, went to go view it....and what do u know it locks up again......??????
