Guest XePeR Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 My Voq says it's syncing, Vista says the device is connected. I can go into My Computer and open the device and it's memory card as connected drives, but I cannot sync or install software. I go to Windows Mobile Devices and check to allow USB and hit ok [it says the device is connected] but nothing happens. I go to Sync Center and the device doesn't show up in the "setup new sync partnership" area. Am I missing something?
Guest XePeR Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 Anything? Do the phones all NEED specific drivers for Vista...? This is absolutely ridiculous, seeing as how the ActiveSync replacement was supposed to be BETTER than ActiveSync... yeah, it would be... IF IT WORKED.
Guest ataru Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 (edited) Try this... http://www.modaco.com/Workaround-Vista-not...MP-t252550.html I know its for Pocket PC but the priciple is the same; it worked for me on my HTC S620 and my Dell Axim ;) ALL HAIL XERON!
