my friend dropped her 8525 and now shes got the white screen

my friend dropped her 8525 and now shes got the white screen. my guess is the screen cable got disconnected, but if that happened then wouldnt the screen not even light up? she hasnt said shes seen any cracks on the screen, anyone might know the problem?

nvm i got the answer from xda developers:

There are at least two multi connectors for the screen, one from digitizer and one to main board - so it's entirely possible screen is still receiving power but not signals from main board. That's not to rule out something more drastic but hopefully that's all it is.
