How to unlock c600 on 2.0.14.0

Hi

I just bought spv c600, but I don't know how to unlock it ;) :D

I read a lot of forums and spend few hours but I still don't know How i Can unlock SPV C600 on 2.0.14.0 Rom.

I can't downgrade/open/edit register in my smartphone.... I can't do anything :(

Plz help, srry for my english
