problems registering

Hi everyone,

i got a brand new sony ericsson k800i for my birthday a few days ago and it was delivered yesterday i tried to register it last night on orange.

i

t went fine and at the end they said that they would send 4 text messages and i had to read them, delete them then turn it off, take the battery out, leave it for 10 seconds then put the battery back in and turn it on and it would be all set up for orange they said that it would take within 24 hrs for the messages to come.

BUT, ive been waiting for a day and they still havnt come. i rang orange and they said they would send the messages again.

My phone was delivered and on this piece of paper it says the phone has a security bar so i sed to the woman maybe thats the problem and she just sed i dont understand and then said that wont be it and that was it.

Has anyone else had the same problem and how was it resolved?

plz this has really p**sed me off. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND ORANGE HAVE JUST RUINED IT!
