i-mate SPL > SE P990??? Wise choice

I'm not a fan of big phones and this P990 I've got right now is the 2nd generation of chunky SE phones. I took the P990 from Orange as a new contract hoping to sell. I've had my eye on the I-mate SPL for some time. Is the SPL a good choice?

Here's what I want from a phone:

Windows OS

Small thin and light

Good specs inc Wifi

And the SPL pritty much ticks those boxes except the Wifi func. But before I put a order down, are there any similar phones like the SPL? Major requirement is the size of the phone - I do not like touch screen mobile phone as i like to send a quick text on the go.
