Upgrade from M5000

Ok, I've had my M5000 for nearly 18 months and i'm starting to feel that its time for an upgrade.

Whats my options, from what i've seen there doesnt seem to be any pocket PCs out there that are actually an improvement on the M5000. it seems that most have gone back to the old 320x240 resloution, To me it looks like a load of re cased Blue angels.

is there anything that will compete?
