WM5 - Numeric menu shortcuts

Hi,

Somehow, in my HTC Tornado (i-Mate SP5m, Windows Mobile 5), the shortcuts in the menus that open up (using the softkeys, e.g. the right softkey, when on a specific contact, shows a list of actions) have changed to being alphabetic. They were earlier numeric, so that when on a call, I could press the right softkey to open up 'Menu' and press '3' to switch the speakerphone 'on'.

But, somehow, these numeric shortcuts for all items in the menus have turned to being alphabetic (A, B, ...). In some menus, they have disappeared completely.

Is there a way to get back the numeric shortcuts for the menus that open up?

Thank you soooo much! I had paired with a Nokia phone and after removing the pairing, shortcuts are back to being numeric! :D
