How do I install XML files?

Sorry to post this but I've searched and can't find an answer - even though yesterday I found a thread for "beginners" which I can't find at all today!

So, my question is this:

How do I install XML files onto my SPV M3100?

Oh dear me, it was early, please ignore me. These are .cab files with XML inside them....I know how to use them ;)

By the way can someone link me to the "New to PocketPC" thread that I'm sure I saw yesterday? It had a guide to a few things such as installation, and I can't find it anywhere!
