Bluetooth to 3.5mm Jack?

Hi guys,

I'm after a cunning little piece of kit which I don't know if anyone has made yet. I'd like to get my hands on a Bluetooth dongle which has a 3.5mm headphone jack in it. The idea being that you'd partner the dongle to any BT phone and then be able to plug any standard headphones into it.

Surely someone out there has thought of this idea and made one?

My local Orange shop (Colchester) had one of these a couple of days ago - trying to remember the name of it. It came with headphones - but it also had a 3.5mm jack socket so you can use your own.

It might be this one but I am not sure

HTC's gonna release (30th March) such one too, with 3.5mm jack and stereo BT and a mic in the clip. Kinda expensive though but at least it'd let you use quality headphones to enjoy your music:

Thats not it but it is one very similar, made by the same company, it was £25 when I got it but I never got it working with my MDA C2 but I have kept it as I can upgrade soon ;)

I run an orbit over bluetooth to an i.Tech S35 - Bluetooth Clip , bought it about a year ago from Amazon(UK) - occasionally drops signal but at £20 a bargain. Battery life OK - only problem is you cannot charge and use at the same time
