saw Street Fighter on a PDA, how does it work? Can anyone help? Emulators ?

can anyone here assist me on this ? I'm a total newbie on WM5.

I'm basically using a HP rw 6828 and the games insire really bores me.

This tube i watch i cannot get to sleep at night cos i miss the old

Street Fighter back in my arcade years.

Please help or advice on how to install this to my PDA.

If you look closely, it seems to be using a software called Final Burn

Google for it... plently of info. ;)
