get rid of the cingular defaults on BlackJack

is there a way to get rid of the link within the startmenu such as cingular video, media net cingular mall, shop music, etc?? I been tryin to remove these for a while but no one has given me a proven way - I attempted to remove from teh registry but again it just moved them not delete them - all advice is helpful

Im not sure if you can delete it but can you go thru the: File Exploror > Up > Windows > Start Menu > and delete from there?
