Guest magic_peanuts Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Check out the comparison here: http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdacomparer&a...733&id2=728 They are very similarly specced, gonna be a tough one... ;)
Guest Confucious Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 To me,the advantage of a SmartPhone is size, As they are the same size (near as makes no diff) and I dial 90% of my nimbers from my contacts it looks like the Bigger screen of the Kaiser would be my choice of the 2. but then there's the Advantage......
Guest magic_peanuts Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 but then there's the Advantage...... Very seriously considered the Advantage but I hated having to use a BT handsfree with my Universal (I wear glasses so it's awkward) and while the other features are fantastic (loving the USB port and VueFlow) I need a phone first and foremost. Plus I'd want the black HTC version which is bound to be more expensive than the network supported Ameo.
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Hmmm, just seen Wings has GPS. A GPS integrated Smartphone at last! \o/ P
Guest Grantium Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Wings for me. I got rid of my Wizard because I couldn't dial any numbers on it -- I'm making calls all day, and I don't want to add a # to contacts I'll be using once, and dialing a number without textile feedback on a touchscreen is a nightmare.
Guest magic_peanuts Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Hmmm, just seen Wings has GPS. A GPS integrated Smartphone at last! \o/ P That's what I thought. I was all set to get the Kaiser when my contract is up in August but seeing that Wings has GPS has made me rethink. I hate using a soft keypad to dial numbers as unlike Confucious, 90% of the numbers I dial are not in my contacts. I'm running through the 30 odd programs I run on my Hermes to check that Smartphone (WM6 Standard) versions exist. Fun fun fun...
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Definately the Wings. All the trimmings and nice and small ;)
