Connection to pc

I have a SPV C500 for a few years and i'm positive about it.

But i have a problem now.

My spv c500 won't connect to any pc anymore.

The computer says: 'can't recognize usb device' (in dutch: 'usb apparaat wordt niet herkent')

I have the problem on my computer and on other computers aswell.

Can anyone help me???
