Activesync Contacts Folder

I divided my contacts into multiple folders in my PST (no exchange server just pop mail).

I have "Contacts" (which is empty), "Contacts - Other", "Contacts - Personal", and "Contacts - Business" and they only folder that syncs is "Contacts".

Does Activesync 4.5 allow changing default contact folders?
