My sound on my spv goes of sometimes when its in my pocket, in order to get it working again i have to tap the phone with my hand, what is the problem with the phone and how do i fix it?

Sounds like a loose connection to the speaker. As a long shot, backup and hard reset your phone (you will lose all data) then try your local mobile shop if you're not under warranty/insurance.

I don't know what SPV you have but as a last resort they are now reasonably cheap on eBay.
