toshiba Portégé G900

I'm looking into getting a new PPC & the tosh Portégé G900 looks pretty good, decent features & winmob 6 . I'd like to know if there would be issues with games & movies due to the wvga screen . I've searched for reviews on the Portégé G900 but came away with nothing, is there a decent review anywhere? has anyone had there mitts on one? THANKS.

I'm in the same boat. I've been keeping an eye out for any news regarding the G900, and in particular, video playback, because I just can't see its 416mhz processor handling 800x480 video. I am hoping it has some form of co-processor. Toshiba created a partnership with Qualcomm a few years ago. Hopfully they are using one of their chips. I doubt it though.

BTW - You can pre-order them and the release is in Late May I believe.

Qualcomm MSM 6280. Wow. What an amazing device the G900 is if it has a co-processor like this!

many thanx 4 the reply shame my italian is non existent , there's also an xcellant review of the g500 on this very site , come on fellas start twisting a few arms lets get a decent review from the guys we trust.

Softbank releasing their version of the G900 in mid-August. How long till its released in Europe? :rolleyes:
